Vegetable Hot ‘n’ Sweet Sour Soup
Ingredients:
Carrots – 4 roughly cut
French Beans – 4-5 roughly cut
Tomatoes – 2 big size, cut into big pieces
For Stock:
Take two glasses of water, put above veges, give boil and strain the stock; don’t mash the vegetables.
Carrot – 1, cut into small pieces
French beans – 2 sticks, cut into fine pieces
Mashrooms – ½ cup, cut into small fine pieces
Cabbage – ½ cup, finely chopped
Corn flour 1 big spoon
Ajino moto – 1 ½ table spoon
Soya sauce – 1 ½ table spoon
Chili sauce – ½ table spoon
Tomato Sauce – 1 table spoon
Vinegar – 2 tea spoons
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all vegetables in vegetable stock, except cabbage.
Give boil 2-3 mins and mix corn flour in half cup of water.
Mix in the stock.
Stir well for 1 min and add sauces, salt and pepper and also vinegar.
Put half of the cabbage and give 1 boil.
Serve soup, garnish with left out cabbage and serve hot!
