Chilly Cauliflower
Ingredients:-
Cauliflower – 1 kg
Refind Oil – For frying
Maida – 1 cup
Cornflower – ½ cup
Soya sauce – 1 tb. Sp
Baking powder – 1 Pinchs
Water – ½ cup
Salt and Black paper – to taste
Ajino moto – ½ t.sp
Method:
- Mix maida, black pepper, Salt and sauces make better
- Cut cauliflower in 1” pcs
- Dip cauliflower in it and deep fig like Pakarro’s
For masala
Refind oil – 1 big table spoon
Green chilies – 4 cut length wise
Capsicum – 1 cut big cubes
Salt – to taste
Onion – 3 cut in big cubes
Cornflour – 1 tea spoon
Mixed in ¼ cup water add
Salt – 1 Pinch
Black Pepper – ¼ Tea spoon
Soya sauce – ½ Tea spoon
Tomato sauce – 2 table spoon
Honey – 2 table spoon
Or or
Sugar – ½ table spoon
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Method:
- In bib table spoon oil cook onion on high flame 2 min.
- Now cook capsicum few second
- Put all the above mixture cook till thick
- Now add Fried cauliflower stir 1 min
Serve with chines sauce.
