Ingredients:-

Water – 3 cups

Corn flour – 2 t.s.p

Tomato sauce – 1 ½ cup

Vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tea sp

Sugar – 1 tea sp

Salt and Black Pepper – to taste

Ajino moto – 1 t.s.p

Onion – 2 finely cut

Cabbage – ¼ cup

Capsicum – ½ cup

French leave – 5-6 cut small pcs

Cauliflower – ¼ cup

Broccoli – ¼ cup

Oil – 1 tb.sp

Cut all vegetables in cubs(capsicum & cabbage keep separate)

Mix corn flour and all sauce salt and ½ t.sp black pepper in ½ cup water

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil fry onion on high flame for 2 min.
  2. Put all the vegetables in 1 ½ glass water give 2.3 boils
  3. Add cabbage and capsicum.
  4. Mix the corn flour mixture with sauce stir 2-3 min cook thick
    Serve with rice
    You can put 2 tb.sp. Paneer cubs also give layers in medium bowls.
