Mix Vegetable cutlets


Spinach – ½ kg wash clean and cut very fine

Carrots – 2 cut very fine

Chick. Peas – ½ cup give one boil and lightly pressed

Corns – ½ cup boiled till cook soft

Potatoes – 5 mediums boiled and mashed

French leaves – 4-5 sticks cut fine

Fresh paneer – 200gm cut ¼ cm cubes

Butter – 1 tea spoon

Salt – ½ tea spoon

Black pepper – ½ tea spoon

Red chilly powder – ½ tea spoon

Milk – ½ cup

Water – ½ cup

(Milk and water mix)



  1. Heat butter, cook spinach to dry the water, add carrots, leaves cook and add salt and masala’s.
  2. Dry the water properly mix boiled potatoes peas, corn and cooked vegetables mix well
  3. Dip one pc of bread in milk for 1 second and segues with both hands crush it and mix in the all vegetables materials.
  4. Put 6-7 pcs of bread like this, mix well
  5. Taste the salt you can add accordingly your taste.
  6. Mix paneer cubes give shape making round balls. Oval or heart shape

For coating:

  • Grate 4-5 Rusk. Roll cutlets in this powder, keep a side
  • Heat the oil and deep fry like brown serve with tomatoes and green chutney.
