Ingredients:-

Bread – 1 cut into slices

Oil for frying

Filling

Onion – 1 large chopped

Boiled and mashed potatoes – 1 cup

Peas – ½ cup boiled

Carrots – 1 chopped and boiled

Tomatoes – 1 cup chopped

Green coriander leaves – 1 cup

Amul butter – 1 tb .sp

 

Method:

  • Fry onion in butter and all the veges
  • Along with salt for few min
  • Stirring constantly
  • Mix black pepper and coriander
  • Roast in a toaster by using filling in between bread slices after that fry till golden brown

Server with tomato sauce.

(You can serve after roasting only)
