For 4 Person

Ingredients:-

Paneer – 250gm

Plain flour (Maida) – 1 tea sapoon

Oil for frying and cooking

Ginger – 2” Piece

Garlic – 5 Flakes

Onion – 2 Medium

Tomato – 2 Medium

Peas – ½ cup peeled

Coriander leaves – ½ cup finely cut

Kitchen King MDH – 3 tea spoon

Degimirch – ½ tea spoon

Salt – to taste

Fresh cream or thick malai – 1 ½ cup

Tomato sauce – 3 tea spoon

 

Method:

  • How to make kofta balls.
  • Grate paneer fine in some palate now mash it with some katori or your palm so fine that there should be no lump smaller lump
  • Add 1 tea spoon maida
  • ¼ tea spoon salt 1 pinch.
  • Red chilli powder mix well
  • Make small balls
  • Deep fry till light brown keep side

For Gravy

  • Tale ginger, garlic, onion, tomatoes grind with little water
  • Heat ghee put corianders now put paste, cook till light brown, put salt, Degi mirch, Kicthen king stir for one min.
  • Now add malai or fresh cream.(if you are using malai first beat it softly)
  • Keep on stirring on low flame for 2-3 min.
  • Now add peas, 1 cup water steam on a low forfive mint so that peas cooked, after removing cooker lid add tomatoes sauce & koftas
  • Cook for 3-4 min. ( if the gravy looks very thick.
  • You can add while water

Garnishing

With cut coriander 1 tea spoon cream reaming 1” pc of ginger (cut fine length wise)

Enjoy with chapatti or parantha.
