Ingredients:-

Cheese – 250 gm

Onion – 1 pc

Garlic – 8 flakes (ground fine)

Ginger – ½ pc (ground fine)

Tomatoes – 7 pc pealed (ground fine)

Dalchini – ½ pc

Moti ilachi – 2-1 pc

(Boil in ½ glass water remaining two three sp water)

Kissan tomato sauce – 2 tb sp

Black pepper – ¼ tea sp

Salt & red chilly to taste

Kitchen king – 1 sp

Chicken masala – 1 tea sp

Oil – 3 tb sp

Fresh cream – 2 tea sp

Dry methi – 2 tea sp

Sugar – 1 ½ tea sp

 

Method:

  • Heat ghee put onion, ginger, garlic
  • Tomato paste cook until the ghee come on top
  • Add salt red chilly powder, black pepper, kitchen king, chicken masala stir one min
  • Add water of elachi, dal chini & moti elachi and tomato sauce, sugar, dry methi put ¼ cup water
  • Add paneer cut big pcs, cook one min

Garnish with fresh cream or malai.
