Sweet Rice
Ingredients:-
Basmati rice – 1 glass (take best quality)
Sugar – ¾ glass
Green cardamoms – 4 pcs
Dal chini – 2 pcs broken into
Almonds – ½ cup cut length wise
Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
Yellow color – ¼ tea spoon
Green color – ¼ tea spoon
Red color – ¼ tea spoon
Vanilla essence – ½ tea spoon
Soack rice ½ an hour
Boil till remaining strain rice
Method:
- In a pan put one tb spoon ghee
- Then put ilaichi and dal chini , almonds and cashew nuts fry little brown
- Put ½ cup water and sugar, dissolve sugar and rice.
- Stir lightly and cook for fine mix
- Mix vanilla essence and yellow color cook one min
Serve with love and small cover with chandi work
- If you want to make colorful than after adding sugar and vanilla essence divide rice in four parts. Color three parts separately and layers like this on Independence Day and republic day
- Give the shape of flag and other days in plate vertical or horizontal layers
