Basmati rice – 1 glass (take best quality)

Sugar – ¾ glass

Green cardamoms – 4 pcs

Dal chini – 2 pcs broken into

Almonds – ½ cup cut length wise

Cashew nuts – ¼ cup

Yellow color – ¼ tea spoon

Green color – ¼ tea spoon

Red color – ¼ tea spoon

Vanilla essence – ½ tea spoon

Soack rice ½ an hour

Boil till remaining strain rice


  • In a pan put one tb spoon ghee
  • Then put ilaichi and dal chini , almonds and cashew nuts fry little brown
  • Put ½ cup water and sugar, dissolve sugar and rice.
