Bullets Recipe
Ingredients:-
Vegetables like
Cauliflower, Beans, Cabbage, Carrots – three cups
Small pcs of cheese – 2”
Garlic – 3 cut fine
Maida (Plain flour) – 1 ½ cup
Corn flour – 1 ½ cup
Water – according to need
Soya sauce – 1 ½ tb sp
Baking powder – ¼ tea sp
Salt & pepper – to taste
Ajino moto – 1 tea sp
Oil fry – frying
Method:
- Mix plain flour, corn flour baking powder salt and black pepper soya sauce and all grated vegetables make thick dough. (loose then chapathi dough)
- In one plastic bag make one hole with the help of seizer
- Put all the materials in the bag tie with rubber band
- Heat oil for frying keep bag in both hands
- Keep pressing on the pan
- Make bullets, fry at the time of eating or you can cook under that fry light brown at the time of serving
How to make white sauce
- In half cup water mix ½ tea sp corn flour
- Heat on fire for one mix, switch off the fire
- Add ¼ tea sp salt, one tea sp sugar, one green chilly cut it fine
- Add the fine catted garlic ½ tea sp, in the last add coriander leaves
Serve with this sauce
