Veg Pasta in White Gravy
Ingredients:-
Paste – 1 cup (boiled)
Spinach – ½ lunch 250gm finally chopped
Mashrooms – 1 Packed cut into pieces
Milk – 1 ½ cup
Corn flour – 3 tea sp (mixed with ¼ cup water)
Fresh butter & olive oil – for cooking
Black pepper – to taste
Orange – ¼ tea sp
Chilly flakes – 2 pinch
Salt – to taste
Method:
- In olive oil cook
- Washed and chopped spinach for 2-3 min on high flame till water dries
- Keep aside now cook mushrooms till water dry up
- Add one tb sp olive oil put milk boil it, mix corn flour cook one min
- Now add spinach & mashrooms and all masala cook another one min paste
- Mix vegetable paste, one cup boiled fresh paneer
- Switch off the fire
