Jal Jeera Recipe (For 15-20 Peron)

Ingredients:-

Tarmrid – 250gm

Water – 16 cup

Sugar – 250 gm

Lemon juice – 2 tea sp

Jeera Grinded roasted – 3 tb sp

Black salt – 1 tb sp

Salt – 1 tb sp

Mint leaves – 15-20 (grinded in water)

Anardana sweets – 30, hing ¼ tea sp

 

Method:

  • Soak turmrid for 3-4 hours, separate the pulp
  • Mix it in some water, boil for 2-3 mix, remove from fire, let it cool
  • Mix it In water along with all masala
  • You can serve it with Pani Puri also
