Mango Chutney
Ingredients:-
Raw Mango – 1 kg (grated)
Sugar – 750 gm
Salt – 2 tea sp
Black pepper – ¼ tea sp
Red chilly powder – ¼ tea sp
Black cardamoms seeds – ½ tea sp
Resins – ½ cup (cleaned)
Dry dates – ½ cup cut length wise
Cloves – 2-3 pcs
Method:
- Put mangoes in a pan add sugar and salt keep for one hour
- Now switch on the fire, cook on medium heat until it will become
- One (taar) add all masala cook 3-4 min more, remove from fire
- Let it cool, fill in jar its ready to eat
