Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup (washed)
  • Fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup (washed)
  • Green chillies – 1–2
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp or Amchur powder – ½ tsp
  • Tamarind pulp – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice or amchur powder, and tamarind pulp to a mixer jar.
  2. Grind into a smooth chutney, adding a little water if required.
  3. Adjust salt, sugar, and tanginess according to taste.
  4. Serve fresh or store in the refrigerator.
