Mint Coriander Chutney
Serves: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
- Onion – 1 small (chopped)
- Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup (washed)
- Fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup (washed)
- Green chillies – 1–2
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp or Amchur powder – ½ tsp
- Tamarind pulp – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Add onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice or amchur powder, and tamarind pulp to a mixer jar.
- Grind into a smooth chutney, adding a little water if required.
- Adjust salt, sugar, and tanginess according to taste.
- Serve fresh or store in the refrigerator.

- Serve with snacks, sandwiches, pakoras, chaat, or kebabs.
- Can also be used as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.
- Best served chilled for fresh flavor.
