Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:-
Rice – 1 glass
Vegetable like
Carrots, Beans, Capsicum – 1 cup cut length wise
Garlic- 4 to 5 flakes cut fine
Oil – 2 big sp
Chilly sauce – 1 tea sp
Ajino moto – 1 tea sp
Method:
- Boiled rice in salted water strain keep half an hour apply ½ tea sp
- Now fry onion, garlic till transparent
- Add vegetables accept capsicum cook 3-4 min
- Put all sauce , salt and capsicum mix rice
Serve with Manchurian or sweet and sour vegetable
