Corn Rice Balls
Ingredients:-
Cooked Rice – ½ cup
Boiled corns – 1 cup
Spinach – washed, fine chopped and cooked for 2 min on low flame
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tb spoon
Green chillies fine chopped – 2
Grated amul chees – 2 table spoons
Salt – ½ tea spoon
Oil – for frying
For sauce:
Milk – 1 ½ cup tea normal
Maida – white flour 5 tea spoon
Amul butter 4 tb sp
Method:
- Add the butter in a heavy based pan, keep it on fire, cook till melts, add flour, cook for a minutes
