Potato Chaat
For 8 person
Boiled potatoes 10 cut into medium pcs
Oil for roasting
Grinded sugar – 2 ½ tea sp
Salt – ½ tea sp
Red chilly powder – ½ tea sp
Roasted and grinded – ½ tea sp
Cumin seads – ½ tea sp
Chatt masala – 2 tea sp
Lemon joice – 3 tea sp
Method:
- On non-stick roast potatoes from sides till light brown
- Now sprinkle all masala on roasted potatoes add sugar stir one min.
- Sprinkle lemon juice. Serve hot
