Ingredients:-

Paneer – ½ kg

Refind for frying

Maida – 6 t.sp

Onion – 4 cut in big cubes

Ginger – 2 pcs

Garlic – 6-7 cloves

Ajino moto – ½ tea sp

Soya sauce – 12 t.sp

Black Pepper – ¼ t.sp

Salt – to taste, vinegar 1 t.sp

 

Method:

  • Mix Ginger, Garlic paste, maida, soya sauce, vinegar salt and vlack pepper make thick better
  • Cut Cubes of paneer mix in this batter, marinate for 1 hour or more in fridge.

Deep fry light brown

 

Masala:-

  • Onion 4 cut big cubs
  • Garlic 4 cloves cut fine
  • Capsicum 2 pcs cut cubs or length wise
  • Mix ½ t.s.p soya sauce
  • ½ t.s.p chilly sauce
  • ½ t.s.p ajino moto
  • ¼ t.s.p salt
  • Tomato sauce 2 table spoon
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Corn flour – 1 tes spoon
  • Vinegar – 1 t.s.p

Method:

  • Keep fry onion on high flame cook.
  • Garlic ½ mix and capsicum
  • Now add all above mixture
  • Cook on high flame till thick
  • Add fried paneer cubes stir one min

Now it is ready to eat.
